1. Product Materials and Descriptions
Please review each product page for information about materials, finish, dimensions, colour, care requirements and items included.
Names such as “Kundan”, “Polki”, “Jadau”, “American Diamond” or similar terms may describe a jewellery style or category. They should be read together with the specific material description and do not, by themselves, certify precious-metal content, natural gemstones or a particular manufacturing technique.
A gold-coloured or gold-plated finish does not mean that an item is made of solid gold. Likewise, a diamond-style appearance does not establish that a stone is a natural or laboratory-grown diamond.
Any claim about metal purity, gemstone identity, certification or plating will be stated expressly in the relevant product description. If a material detail is unclear, contact us before purchasing.
Note: Our jewellery is crafted using standard fashion alloys and plating methods. While we ensure our pieces are skin-friendly and free from harmful irritants, everyone’s skin chemistry is unique. Kamivishop is not responsible for any minor skin reactions, oxidation, or natural fading over time caused by individual skin oils, sweat, or environmental exposure. Treat your jewellery with love, and it will shine with you!
2. Product Photographs and Colour
Product photographs help illustrate the design and appearance of our jewellery. Lighting, photography and your device’s display settings may cause slight differences in how colours, shine and finishes appear.
Close-up photographs may make a product appear larger than its actual size. Please refer to the listed measurements when assessing its dimensions.
These possible visual differences do not excuse supplying a product that materially differs from its description, advertised design or stated specifications.
3. Size and Fit
Please check the measurements and any available sizing guidance before ordering, particularly for rings, bangles, bracelets and necklaces.
How a piece sits or fits may vary according to the wearer’s measurements and styling. Model photographs are illustrative and do not guarantee an identical fit on every person.
If you need help choosing a size, contact us before placing your order. We do not offer custom sizing or made-to-order products.
4. Items Included
Only the items expressly listed in the product description are included in the purchase.
Clothing, display stands, flowers, trays, styling accessories or other props shown in photographs are not included unless specifically stated.
For jewellery sets, check whether the listing includes earrings, a maang tikka or other matching pieces. An item is not included merely because it appears in a styled photograph.
5. Finish, Wear and Durability
The appearance and lifespan of jewellery can be affected by frequency of wear, handling, storage, moisture, perspiration, cosmetics and chemical exposure.
Plating and surface finishes may change over time. We do not promise permanent colour, shine or finish unless a specific, supported commitment is expressly stated on the product page.
Any product-specific claim, including “anti-tarnish”, “water-resistant” or similar wording, applies only to the stated product and the conditions explained in its listing. Such wording should not be interpreted as a guarantee against every form of wear or damage.
Normal wear and damage caused by misuse are assessed separately from manufacturing defects or products that do not match their description.
6. Skin Sensitivity
Individual reactions to metals, plating, adhesives and other jewellery components can vary.
Please check the disclosed materials before buying, particularly if you have a known sensitivity. We do not make a general claim that every product is hypoallergenic, nickel-free or suitable for sensitive skin.
If relevant material information is unavailable, contact us before purchasing. Stop wearing a piece if it causes irritation and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
This information does not exclude responsibility for inaccurate material descriptions or other applicable product obligations.
7. Jewellery Care
Unless a product’s care instructions state otherwise:
- Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, cosmetics and cleaning chemicals.
- Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
- Store pieces separately in a dry place to reduce scratches and tangling.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, excessive pressure and pulling on chains, clasps or settings.
Follow any additional care instructions supplied with the particular product.
8. Safe Handling
Jewellery may contain small parts, pointed components or detachable decorations. Keep it away from young children and do not allow pieces or components to be placed in the mouth.
Handle clasps, posts, settings and delicate elements carefully. If a component becomes loose or damaged, stop using the item until the issue has been assessed.
9. No Additional Commercial Warranty
Kamivishop does not offer an additional commercial warranty, repair service or replating service.
This does not remove remedies available for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products under applicable law and our published policies.
A complaint will not be rejected solely because we do not offer a commercial warranty.
10. Product Concerns and Remedies
If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, is incorrect, has missing components or materially differs from its description, contact us promptly after discovering the issue.
Please provide your order number, a description of the concern and any available photographs or supporting information. An unboxing video is not the sole acceptable evidence.
Our 24-hour request window for optional change-of-mind exchanges is not a blanket deadline for valid product complaints. Opening packaging to inspect an item does not automatically invalidate a complaint.
We assess product concerns under our Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
11. Consumer Rights
This disclaimer provides information to help you understand and care for our products. It does not override an express product description, excuse misleading claims or exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
